MEASUREMENTS:Scarf Length: 35 inches
Lady's Mitts: 7 inches, round hand
Child's Mitts: 5 inches, round hand
MATERIALS:
Original Yarn suggestion and needle size info:
3 oz Fingering 3 ply Wool in Natural for mother's set
2 oz Fingering 3 ply Wool in Natural for child's set
Oddments of Red, Green, Blue, Yellow, Black
No 10 Needles (3.25 mm)
No. 11 Needles (3.00 mm)
No. 13 Needles (2.25 mm)
TENSION:
7 1⁄2 stitches to 1 inch
The original yarn may not be available due to the age of the pattern. Select the yarn type that is closest to the weight of the original yarn.
When reworking the pattern it is best to knit a tension swatch with your chosen yarn. To get the correct measurements, your tension must be the same as stated in the pattern.
