KNITTING PATTERN INSTRUCTIONS

 

MEASUREMENTS

Bust:  to fit 33 to 38 inch bust

 

MATERIALS

Original Yarn suggestion and needle size info:

6 oz Fashion Fingering 3 ply  wool in white for short sleeves

8 oz Fashion Fingering 3 ply wool in white for long sleeves

1 oz Fingering 3 ply wool in red

No. 10 Needles (3.25 mm)

No. 12 Needles (2.75 mm)

 

TENSION

Knit at a tension of 8 stitches and 10 rows to 1 inch over the stocking stitch.

 

The original yarn may not be available due to the age of the pattern. Select the yarn type that is closest to the weight of the original yarn.

 

When reworking the pattern it is best to knit a tension swatch with your chosen yarn. To get the correct measurements, your tension must be the same as stated in the pattern.
