This lovely 1940s Joan Fair Jumper is as much fun to knit as to wear. It includes Fair Isle charts.
KNITTING PATTERN INSTRUCTIONS
MEASUREMENTS:Bust: 36 inches
MATERIALS:Original Yarn suggestion and needle size info:
8 oz 3 Ply Wool in White
2 oz 3 Ply Wool of each in Blue and Red
1 oz 3 Ply Wool in Green
No. 10 Needles (3.25 mm)
No. 11 Needles (3.00 mm)
3 Press Studs
TENSION AND YARN:
8 stitches and 10 rows to 1 inch
The original yarn may not be available due to the age of the pattern. Select yarn that is closest to the weight of the original yarn.
When reworking the pattern it is best to knit a tension swatch with your chosen yarn. To get the correct measurements, your tension must be the same as stated in the pattern.
