This fabulous 1940s Innes Twin Set has an attractive cable stitch pattern throughout. Instructions are given to knit a long or short sleeved jumper and sleeveless pullover.

MEASUREMENTSBust: to fit 30-32 [33-35] inch bust
MATERIALSOriginal Yarn suggestion and needle size info:
8[9] oz 3 ply Wool for cardigan or long sleeved jumper
6[7] oz 3 ply Wool for short sleeved jumper
5[6] oz 3 ply Wool for sleeveless pullover
No 9 Needles (3.75 mm)
No 12 Needles (2.75 mm)
6 Buttons for cardigan
TENSION
7 1⁄2 stitches to 1 inch
The original yarn may not be available due to the age of the pattern. Select yarn that is closest to the weight of the original yarn.
When reworking the pattern it is best to knit a tension swatch with your chosen yarn. To get the correct measurements, your tension must be the same as stated in the pattern.
