For the young, as well as young at heart and active, this simple 1940s Flight Of Skiers Pullover is perfect to wear over trousers or a skirt. The original pullover was knitted in shades of Ice Blue and Cornflower for the motifs.

MEASUREMENTS:Bust: width all around at underarm 33 inches
Length from shoulder: 19 1⁄2 inches
MATERIALS:Original Yarn and needle size info:
4 oz Botany Fingering in Ice Blue
1 oz Botany Fingering in Cornflower
No. 9 Knitting Needles (3.75 mm)
No. 12 Knitting Needles (2.75 mm)
TENSION:7 1⁄2 stitches to 1 inch
The original yarn may not be available due to the age of the pattern. Select yarn that is closest to the weight of the original yarn.
When reworking the pattern it is best to knit a tension swatch with your chosen yarn. To get the correct measurements, your tension must be the same as stated in the pattern.
