This lovely 1940s Dorothy Jumper ⁄ Sweater knitting pattern is worked in a simple lace pattern. The wavy lines and puff sleeves were originally knitted in natural, pink, deep pink, rose and fuchsia. It’s a perfect jumper for day wear with a skirt or trousers.

MEASUREMENTS:Bust: width all around at underarm 34 inches
Length from shoulder: 18 1⁄2 inches
Sleeve seam: 6 inches

No. 12 needles (2.75 mm)
No. 11 needles (3.00mm)No 10 needles (3.25 mm)

TENSION:
12 stitches to 1 1⁄2 inches in width on No. 10 (3.25mm) needles (not stretched).

When reworking the pattern it is best to knit a tension swatch with your chosen yarn. To get the correct measurements, your tension must be the same as stated in the pattern.
