The 1940s Clara Button Up Cardigan with slim lines is simple to knit. This neat jumper-cardigan is knitted in an attractive slip stitch pattern, which is easy to work and gives a self striped effect. The borders are knitted in a garter stitch.

10 oz. of Sirdar Super Shetland 3-ply

TENSION
Worked at a tension of 8 stitches and 12 rows to one square inch over the pattern.

When reworking the pattern it is best to knit a tension swatch with your chosen yarn. To get the correct measurements, your tension must be the same as stated in the pattern.
