KNITTING PATTERN INFORMATION
The colour combinations are endless with the 1940s Calathea Striped Jumper ⁄ Sweater. The original pattern was knitted in shades of brown, white, red and green. The fitted jumper is worked in a raised stitch pattern that runs down the stripes with a fitted ribbed waist, neckline and sleeves.

MEASUREMENTS:
Bust: to fit 34 inch bust
MATERIALS:
Original Yarn suggestion and needle size info:
3 oz. Vanity 3 ply in brown
2 oz each in white, red, green
No. 10 needles (3.25 mm)
No. 12 needles (2.75 mm)
5 buttons
TENSION:
Knitted to a tension of 8 stitches to 1 inch using No. 10 needles.
The original yarn may not be available due to the age of the pattern. Select the yarn type that is closest to the weight of the original yarn.
When reworking the pattern it is best to knit a tension swatch with your chosen yarn. To get the correct measurements, your tension must be the same as stated in the pattern.
