This pretty 1940s Annabella Jumper Coat can be worn over dresses for the summer or under a tailor made blazer. Knit this lacy stitch, button up cardigan in a shade that reflects your vintage style. Instructions are given to knit a long or short sleeved model.
KNITTING PATTERN INSTRUCTIONS
MEASUREMENTS:Bust: to fit 35 to 36 inch bust
Length from lower edge to top of shoulder: 19 1⁄2 inches
Length of sleeve from underarm: 18 1⁄2 inches long, 6 inches short
MATERIALS:Original Yarn suggestion and needle size info:
9 oz 3 ply Wool for long sleeve model
8 oz 3 ply Wool for short sleeve model
No. 10 Needles (3.25 mm)
No. 12 Needles (2.75 mm)
10 Buttons
Shoulder Pads
TENSION AND YARN:
7 1⁄2 stitches and 9 1⁄2 rows to 1 square inch
The original yarn may not be available due to the age of the pattern. Select yarn that is closest to the weight of the original yarn.
When reworking the pattern it is best to knit a tension swatch with your chosen yarn. To get the correct measurements, your tension must be the same as stated in the pattern.
