KNITTING PATTERN INFORMATION
A soft silken yarn was used to knit the original 1930s Sherwood Two Piece Costume. It was knitted in a yarn with a nubby twist in dusty shades of green and canary yellow.
KNITTING PATTERN INSTRUCTIONS
MEASUREMENTS:Bust: width all around at underarm 34 inches (size 16)
Chart for changes in sizes included - 14, 18, 20 using 16 as a comparison (width all around at underarm 33" to 36 1⁄2")
Diagram for size 16 - front, back and sleeve pieces included

TENSION:
8 stitches to the inch
The original yarn may not be available due to the age of the pattern. Select the yarn type that is closest to the weight of the original yarn.
When reworking the pattern it is best to knit a tension swatch with your chosen yarn. To get the correct measurements, your tension must be the same as stated in the pattern.
